Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every refund or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a refund or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to onetoofly‘s error are not refunded.
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear are considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use or just looks heavily worn.
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet after we inform you, please first double-check your bank account.
Second, you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Third, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please inform us

Items not arrived

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the problems still persist kindly email us Mail: [email protected] we’ll try our greatest to help you.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. This could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us

The 50-day policy will be based on the shipping date. If it has passed 50 days for US orders and/or 90 days for international orders and the package has not arrived yet, then a replacement or refund will be offered. Customers can choose between refund and replacement.

(This policy does not include errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).
