Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days has elapsed since you received our products, we regret to say we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please keep in mind that the 30-day period does not cover the time required for the return process, which may vary by the location of the sender.

At Onetoofly, we strive to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Whether due to defective products or customer remorse, If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us.

For manufacturer’s defects as below, we must be notified within 5 days after the date of order delivery:

  • The products have been damaged.
  • Different designs or sizes from your order.
  • The printing quality is blurry or materials are not as described on our website.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, unwashed condition, with all original components and tags still attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, kindly adhere to the following steps:

  1. Before sending your package, contact our customer support through email at:  [email protected]. Please provide details of your issue and wait for our response. Any items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
  2. After receiving approval for the return, please carefully package all items you wish to return.
  3. Download and print the provided return label, which contains the return address, and securely attach it to the package.
  4. Take the package to your local post office or another courier service to send it to the provided return address.

RETURN COST

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, totaling $5. Additionally, please be aware that a restocking fee of $5 will be applied.

RETURN CONFIRMATION AND REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly send you an email notification to confirm its receipt.

Reimbursements will be initiated within 5-7 days once the issue is resolved and confirmed. The refund will be directed back to the initial payment method employed for the purchase. Kindly factor in extra processing time that may be required by your bank or payment provider.
